Workshop on Animal Behaviour
Na próxima quinta-feira, dia 5 de setembro, o projeto CLAN e o HAS-Hub@ICS-ULisboa entram no novo ano letivo com o "pé direito", com um workshop em comportamento animal dinamizado pela Change for Animals Foundation. Esta iniciativa integra-se nas atividades do projeto CLAN [PTDC/SOC 28415/2017] – Children and Animals Friendships e visa a formação da equipa do projeto e do Human-Animal Studies Hub em matéria de comportamento animal, em especial das espécies mais representadas em Portugal entre os animais de companhia (cães e gatos). Pretende-se a aquisição de conhecimentos básicos sobre o comportamento destes animais, com vista a uma melhor compreensão da relação entre estes e os seres humanos com que coabitam.

Other species. General examples for species groups and common behaviour signs in relation to welfare and the 5 freedoms. Species vs individual features: individual subjectivities, within species. Human behaviour in relation to animals - common actions, behaviours and interactions that people have with their pets. What can this tell us about the person's perception of the animal?
