SPARC's next seminar  will be on January 25 (14h30-16h00) with a presentation by David Boio titled  ‘O Processo de Declínio do Poder Autoritário: O Caso do MPLA em Angola. The paper draws on David's ongoing PhD research at the ICS; and while the paper is written in Portuguese the presentation/discussion will be in English. 

The seminar takes place in hybrid format  in the usual sites - Room 2 and Zoom
