IBEROMETRICS IV
Este é o quarto encontro Iberometrics, de uma série iniciada em 2003 (Lisboa) e que desde então teve novas realizações em 2005 (Siguenza) e em 2007 (Valência). A organização conta com a colaboração de historiadores económicos das Universidades de Barcelona, Carlos III de Madrid, Valência, Saragoça e Lisboa. Tem como objectivo juntar papers que utilizam a análise cliométrica e que focam temas de história económica da Península Ibérica e respectivas ligações aos impérios coloniais de Portugal e de Espanha. Pretende-se encorajar a discussão das mais recentes investigações por parte de académicos interessados nestas temáticas. This is the fourth of the Iberometrics series, which started in 2003 (Lisbon) and has since had further editions in 2005 (Siguenza) and 2007 (Valencia). It is organized by a group of economic historians from the Universities of Barcelona, Carlos III Madrid, Valencia, Zaragoza and Lisboa. The purpose is to bring together papers of a cliometric nature which focus on the economic history of the Iberian peninsula and of its links to the colonial empires of Spain and Portugal. The aim is to encourage the discussion of the latest research by scholars interested in these topics.
