Migrations Workshop - Info and Research Clusters
The study of migration and border regimes has obtained increasing attention in
recent years as the movement of people across borders has become a key issue in
our globalised world. This workshop invites contributions from doctoral candidates who are studying
migration and border regimes. Participants will be able to present their case studies
in a collaborative space where they can engage in meaningful discussions about
their research objectives and the theoretical, epistemological or methodological
dimensions of their projects with senior researchers.

Specifically, submissions to the workshop should present current and developing
work in migration studies that touches on at least one topic from the following
research clusters:
• Gender, Race & Sexuality
• Affectivity, Social Relations & Sensorial Experience
• Borders, Citizenship & the Labour Market
