The workshop General internists at the hospital: cost savers or big spenders? will be held at ICS Thursday, 15th April 2010 between 13.00 and 14.30h at Room 3. Presenting this workshop organized by Lisbon Group on Institutions and Public Policy (Faculdade de Economia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa & Instituto de Ciências Sociais da Universidade de Lisboa) will be Pedro P. Barros (NOVA) and Sara R. Machado (NOVA). The discussants are José Mendes Ribeiro (Instituto Nacional de Saúde Dr. Ricardo Jorge) and Adeline Delavande (NOVA).

The Lisbon Group on Institutions and Public Policy is a joint discussion group formed by researchers of the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon and of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
