The programme promotes training research projects that are carried out in the Social Sciences Institute during a week of the summer holidays. This work is supervised by researchers from this Institute and the aim is to provide the students with the possibility of carrying out a small research project in the area of social sciences.

Tricks of trade: working in the social sciences, is a programme of scientific occupation for secondary school students. The programme promotes training research projects that are carried out in the Social Sciences Institute during a week of the summer holidays. This work is supervised by researchers from this Institute and the aim is to provide the students with the possibility of carrying out a small research project in the area of social sciences.
Objectivos: 
This project ambition is to let secondary schools students have some practical experience of research - to let them learn by doing. Its main goal is to motivate youngsters for social research nurturing and developing among them the pleasure of a scientific culture. An effort is made to familiarize them with the academic community and the different modalities for doing social science, and also to develop their critical and reflective skills. <strong></strong>
