Within the fulfilment of the functions of ICS ULisboa and specifically to facilitate the relationship between ICS and its users, the collection and processing of personal data is a necessity.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR), which will be applied from May 25 2018 and replaces the current directive and law of protection of personal data, ICS treats users’ personal data of in accordance with applicable national and international law, protecting your privacy.

Since users continue to own the details provided to ICS, and to ensure user’s control over them, ICS makes available all information to users upon request, by which they can access the information stored in the ICS databases, correct them if they are wrong, cancel them or oppose their processing. You can at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO Rights), through the following email address: direitos.dados@ics.ulisboa.pt
