Post-Doctorate

Post-Doctorate

The Instituto de Ciências Sociais of the Universidade de Lisboa (ICS-ULisboa) welcomes, within the scope of the Post-Doctorate Programme, PhD researchers, national and foreign, to carry out a non-degree awarding project.

The Post-Doctorate Programme is an individual programme of academic and research activities, with a minimum duration of 12 months and a maximum duration of 36 months, that aims to provide doctoral researchers with a unique opportunity to share knowledge and advanced research experience with colleagues from different disciplinary fields and the improvement of academic skills, thus contributing to the development of their careers.

The development of the research project takes place under the scientific supervision of a researcher in the scientific/thematic area of the proposal presented by the candidate.

This programme does not have any financing or remuneration, so the candidate must seek a scholarship or their own financing.
