On April 23, there will be another session of the Animal Wonder Reading Group. The text for this session will be A silent spring, or a new cacophony? Invasive plants as maestros of modern soundscapes by Jacob N. Barney, Grace O’Malley, Gabrielle N. Ripa, Joseph Drake, David Franusich, and Meryl C. Mims. The session will be led by Kuai Shen, researcher at ICS-ULisboa and the ABIDE project.

Lançamento do Livro: Jovens e Educação Sexual em Portugal. Contextos, Saberes e Práticas

On April 22, ICS-ULisboa will host the launch of the book Jovens e Educação Sexual em Portugal. Contextos, Saberes e Práticas, published by Imprensa de Ciências Sociais. The event will take place in the Auditório Sedas Nunes at 4:00 PM and will be livestreamed (ID 987 4727 1670).

The opening session will feature commentary by Vitor Sérgio Ferreira (Vice-Director of ICS-ULisboa), João Pissarra (Deputy Director of CLISSIS-Lusíada), Maria José Alves (President of the National Board of APF), and José Luís Garcia (Director of Imprensa de Ciências Sociais).
