Pedro Nuno Alves Vidal de Seabra
PhD in Political Science, with specialization in International Relations from the Institute of Social Sciences-University of Lisbon (ICS-ULisboa), Master in Political Science and International Relations, with specialization in International Relations by the School of Social and Human Sciences, New University of Lisbon (FCSH-UNL) and Licensed in Law by the Law School of Oporto University (FDUP). He previously worked as a Researcher at the Portuguese Institute of International Relations and Security (IPRIS) between 2008 and 2012. Between 2013 and 2015, he was a Visiting Researcher at the Institute of International Relations-University of Brasília, Brazil (IREL-UnB) as well as a Visiting Researcher at the Centre for the Study of Governance Innovation, University of Pretoria, South Africa (GovInn-UP) in mid-2014. His main research interests focus on international relations, South Atlantic regional dynamics and transatlantic defense cooperation and his publications include book chapters, articles and reports over Brazilian and Portuguese foreign policy, Africa and Lusophone countries.
