With this research project, we will seek to identify and comprehensively understand, with a gender perspective, the representations that workers have of their situation in the labor market (type of contract, working hours, earnings during the life) and which forms the same raises obstacles or even prevents, the decision to transition to the second child. It is intended, therefore, to perceive the impact of the work marking on the reproductive decisions of men and women, also mapping good practices at this level.
