Trust in political institutions and the news media? Radical right-wing populist leaders’ social media activity and citizens’ perceptions: The Portuguese case in comparative perspective
Abstract:
Trust in political institutions and the news media is declining. Radical right-wing populism (RRP) portrays institutions as unrepresentative. This work focuses on the relation between RRP social media activity and trust in institutions.
