Studying with Animals. Critical Perspectives on Artificial Intelligence
The Studying with Animals: Critical Perspectives on Artificial Intelligence seminar, organized by the ABIDE research project team, will take place on February 27, starting at 10:00 AM.
Guest speakers include Niko Sirmpilatzem (Sainsbury Wellcome Centre, University College London), Sevasti-Melissa Nolas (Child Photography Archive and Ethics Advisor for ABIDE), and Julie Urbanik (PanWorks Fellow and Ethics Advisor for ABIDE). The seminar will also feature researcher Kuai Shen, who will discuss the opportunities and challenges of using artificial intelligence within the ABIDE project.
The seminar is organized by Verónica Policarpo, Principal Investigator of the ABIDE project at ICS-ULisboa, and Jussara Rowland, ICS-ULisboa. The event will be held online and is free to attend. Register via this link.
