This is a comparative, cooperative and open program for studying and monitoring cabinet ministers around the world. It is comparative because it basically develops case studies applying a common framework, operational criteria and data. It is cooperative because it is supported by the collaboration of local experts from each of the studied countries (so far 48 researchers for 25 countries) It is open because it offers a public dataset designed to be periodically updated and improved. The project is structured around 7 complementary modules that will be progressively applied to 4 sets of countries.
