Young people, Subjectivities and Professional Horizons: the Creative-isation of Professions and the Professionalisation of Creativity
Focused on the world of young people, the aim of this project is the simultaneous examination of two processes: a) the "creative-isation of professions" - a movement that instills the values of creativity, habitually associated with the world of arts, in areas associated the "company"; b) the "professionalisation of creativity" - a movement that is increasingly bestowing a "professional" aspect on artistic creation. To identify among young Portuguese and Brazilian people new professional behaviours prompted by a reconciliation between performance and creativity.
