Classes Classes in the 1st year of the curriculum take place at Reitoria da Universidade de Lisboa. Target Audience Successful professionals and top-tier students who seek to turn knowledge into innovation and tangible results, with an academic background in any field of knowledge. This Study Cycle allows the development of a doctoral thesis in a university environment, in a business/industry environment or – in an innovative typology in relation to the traditional 3rd cycle offer – in a professional work context. The latter model offers the possibility of conducting a thesis on a scientific research question that is relevant to the exercise of the students' everyday professional activity.
