Leo Pavesi received a Bachelor’s Degree in History (2017) and an M.A. in Historical Sciences (2020) at the University of Bologna, Department of History and Cultures. In 2020, he was selected for the Ph.D. in “Global History and governance” at the Scuola Superiore Meridionale in Naples. Pavesi is currently doing a visiting period at the Institute of Social Sciences (University of Lisbon). His current research project – “Diritto Corporativo, Direito Corporativo: Corporatism as Cultural Transfer between Italian, Portuguese, and Brazilian Jurists (1930s-1950s)” – deals with the transnational debate and exchanges on corporatism between Fascist Italy and the Lusophone world. The research involves the study of jurists and legal cultures, but also broader political and intellectual aspects.
